LemonJun 14, 2010 Couldn't get it to assemble because one of the holes where you have to run a pole thru is too small for the pole to fit. Sent it right back.
Good for the priceApr 08, 2010 First of all the instructions are useless, I can't stress that enough. I tried to follow the "manual" until I gave up and just used my common sense. As far as the product itself goes, it's definitely not a high end piece of equipment but it does the job well and I'm happy with my purchase.

Good product/bad instructionsOct 05, 2009 I purchased this one to do sit-ups and work on my sides (love handles).. It allows me to do what I want - once it's assembled and properly adjusted.. The installation was confusing; and there's no illusions on what exercises you can do with this bench.. I had to research online and found some exercise diagrams/illusions from other high-end hyper benches.. I was able to use those diagrams and adjust the bench accordingly for each exercise.. Once that's done, I'm on my way to burn my love handles.. Hee Haa!!!

does that it advertisesAug 14, 2009 This bench does exactly what it advertises. Wish the bench was a little longer but is ok. Would recommend it to anyone needing a sit up bench.
Cheap and Wobbly, but OKJan 11, 2009 It was comparably cheap, but as far as "sturdy construction" and "already assembled" I would diagree. The bolts don't tighen all the way so it is shifty and shaky all over. It came partially assembled and the exploded view instructions made me confused as to which bolts were already on and which parts were already assembled. I bought it to do sideways "love handle" exercises which I have previously done in a gym using a similar construction, but on this one it's awkward due to some steel rings on the base under the ankle pads and the position of the pads, and it's definitely no where near gym quality. The bench limits the lower back exercise, I would like to be able to hang from my hips to stretch. But, it still works. My sides and tummy are super sore. I would give it 3 of 6 stars.
