5Good book. Reliable senderSep 01, 2010
Even though used, the book came in a vey good condition and on time. Like the sender. Still working on the book, but so far it is informative and well worth trying before going to plastic surgeon. My face isn't THAT bad, but to postpone ageing effects of stress and other, it is a good start

5Best Facial Exercise Program and Book on the Market!Jul 29, 2010
I recently purchased this book by Carole Maggio. I had been using another facial exercise program but my results weren't quite what I had hoped for. Well after just two weeks using the book alone I started noticing little things like my eye lids didn't look so droopy, my cheeks looked a little higher and fuller, my lip corners seemed to turn up a bit, and my complexion seemed more vibrant. I was very encouraged! Then around the two-month point, friends and co-workers started to take notice and would make comments to me like "Did you get a hair cut?" "Are you wearing a new makeup?" or "Your skin looks great". It was really funny to hear all the different comments. Of course, I didn't tell anyone that I was doing facial exercises ~ it was my little beauty secret. I kept up with my beauty regimen continuing to do the exercises twice a day every day. Then one day about six months into the program, I met a friend I hadn't seen in a while for lunch. Over a glass of ice tea, she flat out asked me if I'd "had anything done to my face." I told her no, why do you ask? She said, "because you look about five or more years younger; that's why!" I shared my little secret with her and she was so shocked. She ordered the book too and is now doing the exercises herself and having great success. I can't say enough good things about this program. I am now planning to order the new Ultimate Facercise DVD that recently came out!

2VERY subtle change if anyJul 19, 2010
I've been using Carole's Facercise for several months now VERY faithfully. I perform the exercises two times per day (I have not missed one day), and I'm careful to make sure I'm getting the "burn" with each of the exercises. I took before pictures, and have continued to take pictures every couple weeks. I really can't see any change. :(

I am so thrilled with the results of this book. Not only are you told and shown the exercises, but they really work. How refreshing to find something to make me look and feel fantastic!I am a true believer in this method of face lifting. I look 20 years younger, by working my facial muscles. I didn't know I could actually lift without plastic surgery! What a find!

I have been using Carole Maggio's Facercise program for 13 years now. I am more than pleased with the results I have been able to achieve with Facercise. I cannot imagine how my face would have aged without it! In fact, that's a pretty scary thought! The new revised book is great because it not only describes the exercises in detail, it contains 8 advanced exercises for those areas of the face that might require additional attention. Carole also discusses how other things affect the skin, such as diet, supplements, skincare, and offers many helpful tips. Hers is a more comprehensive approach to create a more youthful, toned and balanced face. I found the book to be inspirational and motivating as well. Sometimes you pick up a book and say ... oh this will never work for me and put it down. Carole's book is written in such a way, I didn't want to put it down! Since I began using the Facercise program, I have been able to feel more confident knowing I look my personal best. Do I look 25 again? No, but that isn't the point! I want to look the best 53 I can look....not look 20 or more years younger! I know her technique has allowed me to keep my face looking toned, lifted and glowing. Her product line is awesome and her facial louffas exfoliate, tone tighten and lift the skin. Still, she keeps continuing to improve her technique & recently introduced her newest DVD, the Ultimate Facercise. It is a very detailed DVD and I would highly recommend it! I still enjoy having this book though because I often refer back to things she wrote or stories she related to keep me motivated and inspired in a way that a DVD cannot. So, overall I would say the book is a must have! I say thumbs up to Facercise!!!
