Good BuyJun 04, 2009 This was bought as a present for my wife. She had just started an exercise program. She used it constantly and it provided great results and stood up to wear and tear. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to keep an eye on heart rate as they workout or even during the day.
Very UncomfortableMay 17, 2009 Ekho WM-25 Heart Rate Monitor Watch
This Ekho WM-25 Heart Rate Monitor Watch was very uncomfortable. First, the chest strap was very constricting to the point that it was hard for me to breathe and I was not even exercising yet. Second, the rubber monitor gave me a rash on my chest, even after only having it on for maybe 10 minutes. Finally, I bought one at the same time for my wife and the watch itself was big and bulky on her; guess they are not meant to be unisex. Therefore, we no longer are owners of this product and returned them to Amazon.
Worked great at first, now, not so much...Feb 12, 2009 It worked great for the first two weeks. Now it's all wonky, it won't give a reading, or it's way too high, or way too low, or it doesn't pick up a reading at all. (And no, it's not malfunctioning because of wireless/electronic interference). By the time I get done sending it to the plant for service, paying for service (and possibly a new battery?), I could have 4-5 new sets of store-bought batteries. I wish it had a "low battery" indicator like the Polar brand, I didn't realize it might be that important. I might just send the whole mess back to Amazon and try a different brand. I'm really disappointed because up until today it worked exactly as advertised.

Perfect Monitor for Everything You NeedJan 24, 2009 I bought the Ekho WM-25 monitor after returning the Omron HR-100C. The Omron would be very inconsistent in keeping heart rate and would lose the signal during excercise. The Ekho has been great. It is easy to use and has some good features including easy to read heart rate, max and average rate and calorie targets (but nothing crazy like the high end Polar monitors). I would highly recommend this monitor. I bought mine on Amazon for about $40.

Great Heart Rate MonitorOct 20, 2008 I did a lot of research on other monitors, but the one I wanted with the features I wanted was well out of my price range. Then I came across this one. I love it and would not work out without it! Very easy to use.
