Exactly What I Needed!Feb 18, 2010
Although this was a bit smaller than I expected, I was quite surprised by how well it worked! First, don't bother getting a pump. It took me less than 3 minutes to blow it up, and I was barely winded. The only issue was getting the straw (that they provide) out and putting in the plug - took a few tries, but I finally got it!

I needed an fitness ball to get my bum up in the air when I did some of my pilates, and this is perfect! I also tried it for my ab exercises, and not only could I do my regular crunches (which I've been doing with my stability ball which was a bit too unwieldy for the pilates), but I could do the exercises for the side abs as well.

The best $8 I've ever spent!

This ball works well! I use it for sit ups and it definately gives you that range of motion you are looking for that you can't find with a standard sit-up. Totally worth the $ and of course Amazon shipping is awesome!!!

I bought this for my wife. Pratically, it's great. She wanted the video to go with it (ie- Bender Ball) I didn't go that route and wish I had.

Once again, great ball if you don't need the video.

Works great! Had a Bender Ball but some nieces and nephews popped it...This Ball works just as good and is more reasonably priced.
