I like this for what it is. It isnt a stressful exersizer and good if youve been stationary for a while. The only problem i have is that after 10 minutes the bars on the peddle get very hot. I now wear socks when i use it. Other than that its fine for the money and gets the circulation going in your legs.

Isokinetics Pedal Exerciser was received quickly and came already assembled. Bought it for my 9 year old grandson who is on crutches due to Perthes disease. Biking was recommended to help maintain muscle tone so this portable exerciser is convenient to use during the winter. My grandson likes it and can use it with a kitchen chair or his low video chair.

this was bought for my father in law who is 92 and needs some sort of exercise. he uses this while sitting watching tv twice a day and it has helped with his circulation. Also reccomended this to another relative recovering from major surgery to regain strenght in legs. Wonderful for the price.

My job is a sit down job, and so I got this for the office to try and get some movement in during my 8 hours of answering phones.
For the price, I like the product. I use it. It is small enough to store in the office and not bother people. Light enough to move around. And easy to use.
The CON to this product, for me, is the fact I can build up a painful static discharge after a few minutes of using. But then I have to buy the thing that hangs off the car so I don't get shocked getting in and out of the car too.
So I wear a Computer Anti-ESD wrist strap while peddling here at work. Other people in my office have used it, and have not complained about static electricity issues.
Would recommend as a way to get some movement when you otherwise might not. I was not looking for something to make me sweat and work out like I was in a Jazzersize class. Just movement in my seditary day.

I bought this about a month ago as a gift for my grandmother, who is in her late nineties and had to stop using her beloved exercise bicycle due to balance issues.
She absolutely loves it and raves about it. She uses it every day and says she enjoys getting some exercise while she's watching TV or reading a book. It is used on a carpeted surface -- so far no complaints. She has also said that it helps her circulation.
To get something that helps both her psychological and physical well-being for such a low price is an excellent deal in my book! Very happy with the purchase.
