This ball is a bit small. I could not blow it up much bigger than 19-20 inches using the enclosed hand pump; however, my legs are short, so the size seems to be okay. The accompanying white plug is hard to insert, and may be leaking...we'll see. A standard one way valve would be a major improvement. Otherwise, the ball itself appears to be sturdy and should last a while.
The ball was purchased on the recommendation from a cousin to aid in my posture. I tried the exercises, but will probably just use it to sit on as I am doing now. Used it for a couple hours, on an off, in the past two days, and I can already sense a correction in my hip alignment, and posture.
It was delivered within 1-1/2 days of ordering. The outer package was taped squarely and neatly, but missing a packing slip. The product package was not sealed, and a bit crumpled in one corner; however the contents were neatly wrapped in plastic for protection.
5'5" & it's too smallJan 31, 2010
I'm 5'5" and 160 lbs and this ball is BARELY big enough. Your legs are supposed to make a 90 degree angle, or larger, and mine are so close to being under. I inflated it to the height recommended but i wish i got a 65 cm ball. The ones I've used at gyms are always bigger.
Although, it works good for not sitting exercises. Good size for working on abs and legs. The quality so far is good, so I'm pretty happy with it.

I purchased this ball to help with back problems and I love it. I am 5'1" 115lbs and it is the perfect size. I don't have it blown all the way up but firm enough to do the job. I feel someone a little taller would still be happy with this size. As some other reviews show, it does not have static cling or feel sticky which is a great feature. Very easy to blow up with the hand held pump included. Good product & great price!

The ball seems to be decent quality, but it is not the advertised size. It is way too small. (I have a little tape that is exactly the length of the circumference of a 55cm ball for measuring.)

If you've ever had a Fitness Ball burst on you, you'll know why I'm partial to 'Anti-Burst' Fitness Balls. Great for ab exercises, stability and balance work outs and strength training with hand weights. If you're not sure where to begin, this exercise ball also comes with a Fitness Guide which reviews 14 basic exercises. Comes included with a hand pump. Periodically, I find that I need to add more air. The plug can be difficult to remove by hand but a good pair of pliers will take it out quickly and easily. I will be purchasing a larger one for my boyfriend as this is too small for him (but perfect for me at 5'4").
