One person was killed when a relative stabbed them Saturday in Prairieville, according to authorities.
The incident took place about noon in a residence along Misty Oak Court. A suspect has been taken into custody, said Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer Donovan Jackson
The Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.Â
