A man who was found dead with a gunshot wound on Sunday has been identified by the East Baton Rouge Coroner's Office.
Diamante Washington, 20, was found shot dead in the backyard of a residence in the 5800 block of Kilona Drive.
East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office deputies received a call about the body just before 7 p.m.
The death is being investigated as a homicide.
