The game will not be rescheduled, LSU said, since there was not a date that aligned with the two teams' schedules.
Tuesday's cancelation means that LSU finishes its nonconference slate with a 23-2 record. Its only losses came to Omaha on Feb. 22 and against Northwestern State on April 22.
Over the last two seasons, LSU went 23-3 in non-Southeastern Conference games during the regular season. Its defeats came to Stony Brook, Xavier and Southern last year.
LSU's final nonconference game this season was a 15-2 victory in seven innings over Southeastern Louisiana last Tuesday.
LSU's next game will be on Friday against Arkansas. First pitch from Alex Box Stadium for Game 1 of the three-game series will be at 6:30 p.m. The game will be available to stream on SEC Network+.
Grambling's next matchup is on Friday at home against Bethune-Cookman.
